Where We Work

Nine districts. Many different rural realities.

Our work is shaped by the ecology, livelihoods and institutions of each place—from arid north Gujarat to tribal communities in the east and south.

A place-based practice

One state. Distinct ecosystems and aspirations.

Our programme design changes with the place. Water-scarce blocks in north Gujarat need different entry points from tribal villages in Narmada or the Dang. Local institutions remain the bridge.
